Brand Collateral refers to the collection of media used to promote the brand and support its sales and marketing. When we are awarded a design project, we are very cognizant of the benefits of keeping the design simple and flexible enough to use for multiple years or calendar quarters. This allows our clients to keep their costs down in updating the brochure, postcard, newsletter etc over time. A recent example is the donor brochure we created for Lincoln University’s Lincoln Society for in the past 3 years. The initial brochure format, which focused on the client’s brand was updated in years two and three with a new cover image and text content. This consistent “look and feel” reinforced the client’s brand, while keeping it fresh with new imagery, and enabled the organization to enjoy design costs that declined from the first year.
